1. Overview & Commitment
AntraAI Intelligence ("AntraAI", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of both our account holders and the end-users who interact with links routed through our infrastructure. This Privacy Policy details our practices concerning the collection, utilization, and disclosure of personal data when using our platform, APIs, vanity domains, and automated intelligence agents.
2. Information We Collect
We partition data collection into two separate categories:
A. Customer Account Data
When you register an account, subscribe to a tier, or configure API credentials, we collect your name, work email address, hashed authentication credentials, and encrypted billing references (handled directly by our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor Dodo Payments & Stripe).
B. Edge Routing Telemetry
When an internet visitor accesses a link routed via an AntraAI domain, our edge servers collect aggregated, non-identifiable metadata: HTTP Referer header, User-Agent header (for device and OS classification), approximate geo-location (Country, Region, City derived from IP), and timestamp. The full IP address is anonymized via one-way cryptographic hashing before disk persistence.
3. How We Use Information
- To route HTTP requests with sub-14ms latency to designated destinations.
- To provide account owners with real-time attribution, clickstream analytics, and bot anomaly alerts.
- To train and execute autonomous security defenses (Agent Argus) blocking malicious scrapers and click-fraud.
- To maintain compliance with tax authorities, service uptime SLAs, and dispute resolutions.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
AntraAI never sells, rents, or monetizes personal data to advertising brokerages or third-party data brokers. We only share data with verified subprocessors strictly required to operate our cloud infrastructure:
- Cloudflare (Anycast edge proxy and DDoS mitigation)
- Amazon Web Services (Encrypted storage and primary compute clusters)
- Vercel (Edge middleware execution)
- Resend (Transactional service delivery and alerts)
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Customers retain full ownership of their data. You may export or purge your click logs, analytics history, and vanity domains at any time directly through the AntraAI Console Dashboard or by invoking our REST API. Under GDPR Articles 15-22 and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you possess the right to access, rectify, or erase your stored personal information.
