1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our platform at antraai.in, configuring custom DNS CNAME records pointing to our edge clusters, or creating an account via email or Google OAuth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. 48-Hour Free Trial & Subscription Terms

All newly registered users are eligible for a 48-Hour Free Trial on their selected tier (Creator, Pro, Growth, or Enterprise). During this 48-hour promotional period:

• No payment is captured immediately ($0.00 / ₹0.00 due today).
• You receive full tier quota limits, custom vanity domain routing, and bot mitigation features.
• You may cancel at any moment within the 48-hour window from the Settings page to prevent any recurring billing.
• Following the expiration of the 48 hours, your selected monthly or discounted annual plan will activate automatically.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

AntraAI maintains an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy against malicious or fraudulent link activities. You agree not to use our URL shortening, cloaking, or edge routing services for:

• Phishing campaigns, credential theft, or deceptive social engineering landing pages.
• Distribution of viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious executables.
• Sending unsolicited commercial spam in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or TCPA regulations.
• Circumventing platform advertising policies via deceptive cloaking techniques.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate domain suspension, link blacklisting across our global Anycast network, and referral to upstream DNS registrars and law enforcement agencies.

4. Regional Currency & Pricing Structure

Subscription pricing is determined by geographic location:

• India Visitors: Billed strictly in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) with up to 25% annual discount.
• International Visitors: Billed strictly in US Dollars ($ USD) with up to 20% annual discount.
• Taxes and GST are computed and itemized at checkout where mandated by local jurisdictions.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to 99.99% monthly availability for edge link redirection across our 320 worldwide points of presence. Exclusions include scheduled maintenance windows notified at least 48 hours in advance, or acts of upstream tier-1 transit provider failure. For availability dipping below 99.99%, account holders are eligible for prorated service credit vouchers upon ticket submission.

6. Limitation of Liability & Termination

Under no circumstances shall AntraAI Intelligence or its officers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost advertising revenue, temporary link downtime, or third-party social media crawler policy changes. Either party may terminate an active subscription at any time via the Console Dashboard.
